At ScreenCell we offer isolation kits for Circulating Tumor Cells (CTCs) through an easy-to-use, compact, fast and non-invasive technology that requires no equipment.
ScreenCell offers 7 types of single-use kits to meet your needs depending on the analyzes you want to perform on CTCs and CTCs clusters in solid tumors. Furthermore, our kits are intended for research centers, laboratories, cancer centers and all teams interested in the isolation and characterization of CTCs.
By providing simple and rapid access to Circulating Tumor Cells (CTCs) and live or fixed clusters, ScreenCell kits allow you to have access to a wide range of analyzes for their phenotypic, genotypic and functional characterization.
The CYTO Kit contains 4 filtration units allowing each to filter 3ml of whole blood.
The blood is collected in K2-EDTA vacuum tubes and then diluted with a specific buffer to maintain the integrity of the target cells.
The CSB Kit contains 4 filtration units allowing each to filter 3ml of whole blood.
The blood is collected in vacuum tubes containing a preservative and then it is diluted with a specific buffer to maintain the integrity of the target cells.
Preservative tubes stabilize blood for up to 3 days at room temperature.
The MB Kit contains 3 filtration units allowing each to filter 6ml of whole blood.
The blood is collected in K2-EDTA vacuum tubes and then diluted with a specific buffer to maintain the integrity of the target cells.
The MBSB Kit contains 3 filtration units allowing each to filter 3ml of whole blood.
The blood is collected in vacuum tubes containing a preservative and then it is diluted with a specific buffer to maintain the integrity of the target cells.
Preservative tubes stabilize blood for up to 3 days at room temperature.
The FCD Kit contains 2 filtration units allowing each to filter 3ml of whole blood.
The blood is collected in vacuum tubes containing a preservative and then it is diluted with a specific buffer to maintain the integrity of the target cells.
Preservative tubes stabilize blood for up to 3 days at room temperature.
At the end of filtration, the isolated cells are detached from the membrane using a detachment tool provided in the kit. These are then resuspended in a small volume of liquid for molecular analysis of the cells one by one.
The FCD-SP Kit contains 2 filtration units allowing each to filter 3ml of whole blood.
Blood is collected in K2-EDTA vacuum tubes.
At the end of filtration, the isolated cells are detached from the membrane with the detachment tool provided in the kit and then they are transferred to a glass slide using a cytocentrifuge.
The LCD Kit contains 2 filtration units allowing each to filter 3ml to 6ml of whole blood.
The blood is collected in K2-EDTA vacuum tubes and then diluted with a specific buffer to maintain the integrity of the target cells.
At the end of filtration, the isolated living cells are detached from the membrane using the detachment tool provided in the kit. These are then resuspended in a small volume of liquid for their analysis one by one or for 2D or 3D culture applications.
By answering a series of targeted questions, you will benefit from a personalized assessment of your needs, allowing you to select the ScreenCell Circulating Tumor Cell (CTCs) isolation kit(s) that will best suit your work.
Mix a blood sample from a cancer patient with one of 3 ScreenCell buffers.
To start the filtration process, diluted blood is added to the top of the device and a vacuum blood collection tube is inserted into the bottom to create a vacuum force.
Once the filtration process is completed, the isolation media with the cells is released for further analysis.
ScreenCell has developed a special box for the safe storage and shipping of Cyto isolation media. Each box can contain up to 12 Cyto filters.
These boxes, sold in packs of 5, can be stored at room temperature, at 4°C or -20°C.
